Regal Beagles started as a side project for three members of several other Corner Room bands as a means of writing songs about eighties TV show themes and characters. The band was an opening act for several national touring bands that played through the Chattanooga area. Regal Beagles' name comes from the pub where Jack, Chrissy, and Janet often found themselves on the show "Three's Company".
